Bussen provides tours to area schools, charitable groups, and adult education classes. The tour covers a wide range of topics from Missouri geology to quarry production processes and equipment. Visitors get a look into the quarry business, river terminal and even the underground warehouse. Please view our tour packet, teacher resources and student resources for more information.
Please note that tours are free but are only available on weekdays. For safety purposes, tour groups must arrive in a bus and stay on the bus for the duration of the tour. Personal vehicles are not allowed in the quarry. Tour groups are asked to consist of approximately 20 visitors or more.
